The process went smoothly. As far as placing the online order. I did have to call back to get confirmation the flowers were delivered. I am in AZ. Flower shop is in SD. I would have like to have seen a picture of the flowers delivered. Amazon does this when they deliver a package. I just want to make sure the flower arrangement reflects the picture of what I ordered. This just ensures my sanity. You can never be to cautious these days.
